***Experienced Metal Roofing Project Manager Wanted – Fulltime***
Our company is expanding and therefore a new and exciting position is available for a qualified and experienced roofing project manager to join our team. This is a challenging position which requires both a commitment to achieving outstanding results and a high attention to detail. All applicants must meet the below criteria in order to be considered for this position.
Skills and qualifications needed:
- Qualified metal roofer with at least 10 years’ experience is preferable and will be highly considered.
- General Safety Induction Card, Working at Heights card, EWP Licence etc.
- Open Manual drivers Licence;
- Extensive experience within both residential and commercial sectors;
- Extensive experience in the metal roofing industry (Preferably working as a supervisor or higher capacity);
- Clean and smart appearance;
- Ability to check and measure jobs accurately;
- Ability to accurately draft material orders, draw flashings etc;
- Ability to organise and supervise jobs, tradesmen and subcontractors;
- Extensive experience in WHS systems and the ability to monitor compliance of WHS policies and procedures;
- Excellent customer service and quality management skills;
- Proficient with most Microsoft programs and smart phone devices;
- Ability and willingness to work on the tools when needed to complete repairs, make safes and rectification works;
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills;
- Overall good temperament and highly motivated;
- Ability to handle heavy workloads and cope in stressful, high-pressure situations
Salary and Remuneration:
Negotiable annual salary!
