Cost to Replace Roof with Colorbond

  • July 10, 2026
  • Helpful Information

Colorbond Roofing

Replacing your roof with Colorbond is one of the biggest investments you’ll make in your home. It’s also one of the smartest, if you get it right. The cost to replace a roof with Colorbond depends on your existing roof type, the size of your roof, the Colorbond product you choose, and the complexity of the job.

For an average house in South-East Queensland, a metal-to-metal re-roof with Colorbond costs roughly $25,000 to $35,000. Smaller or simpler roofs can come in under that, while asbestos roof replacements push the final cost higher due to additional labour and disposal requirements.

A.M.J Metal Roofing has completed over 7,000 re-roof projects across Brisbane, the Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Ipswich, and Toowoomba. With 50+ years of combined experience across our team, we know what Colorbond roof replacement costs look like in the real world, not just on paper.

Call us on 1300 12 ROOF (1300 127 663) for a free onsite inspection and accurate estimate. We’ll assess your current roof, recommend the right Colorbond product, and provide a detailed written quote with no hidden fees.

What Does Colorbond Roofing Cost Per Square Metre?

The cost of Colorbond roofing materials alone ranges from around $18 to $37 per square metre, depending on the Colorbond type and profile you select. With professional installation included, expect to pay between $53 and $97 per square metre for a completed Colorbond roof.

That range is wide because it covers everything from basic corrugated steel on a simple skillion roof through to Colorbond Ultra on a multi-gable two-storey home with difficult site access.

Here’s how the main Colorbond types compare on material costs:

Corrugated Colorbond

This is the most affordable option, starting from around $18 to $22 per square metre for materials. It’s a solid performer on simpler roof designs and is commonly used on sheds, carports, and straightforward residential roofs.

Powder coated Colorbond

The most popular choice for homes. The raw steel is dipped in molten zinc to form a protective layer against rust and corrosion, then coated with a baked-on colour finish. Material costs sit between $22 and $30 per square metre for standard profiles.

Double sided Colorbond

This has colour baked onto both sides of the steel, making it the right choice where the underside of the roof is visible, such as patios, carports, and open eave designs. Expect to pay $28 to $35 per square metre for materials.

Colorbond Ultra

Engineered for coastal homes within 200 metres of breaking surf. It includes additional protective coatings to resist salt spray corrosion. Material costs run between $33 and $37 per square metre, and it’s the Colorbond type A.M.J recommends for any property on the Gold Coast or Sunshine Coast coastline.

Labour cost adds $40 to $60 per square metre on top of materials. Queensland tends to sit at the lower end of the national range for roofing labour, with installation rates between $40 and $45 per square metre being common across South-East Queensland.

Colorbond Roof Replacement Cost by Home Size

The size of your roof is the single biggest factor in the final cost of a Colorbond roof replacement. Here’s what homeowners across Brisbane and South-East Queensland can expect based on roof area:

  • Small home (100 to 150 m²): $15,000 to $22,000
  • Mid sized home (150 to 200 m²): $22,000 to $35,000
  • Large home (200 to 300 m²): $30,000 to $50,000+

These figures assume a standard single-storey home with reasonable site access and a straightforward roof design. Two-storey homes, steep roof pitches, and complex layouts with multiple gables or valleys will push the final price toward the higher end, sometimes adding 10% to 20% to the total cost.

Keep in mind that roof area is not the same as floor area. A hip roof, for instance, has a larger surface area than a flat skillion roof over the same floor space. Your roofing contractor will measure actual roof area during the inspection to give you an accurate estimate.

How Your Existing Roof Affects the Final Cost

The type of roofing material currently on your home is one of the biggest cost variables in a Colorbond roof replacement. Removing the old roof and disposing of old materials safely adds to the labour cost and project timeline.

Replacing an Old Metal Roof with Colorbond

This is the most cost effective type of Colorbond conversion. For a small home with a simple metal skillion roof, this type of replacement can start from around $15,000. For an average-sized home of 150 to 200 m², expect a full metal-to-metal Colorbond roof replacement cost of $25,000 to $35,000, which includes new Colorbond roofing sheets, guttering, insulation (sarking), flashings, and labour.

Old roof removal costs for metal range from $1,000 to $3,000, depending on roof size and how many layers need to come off. This is where metal-to-metal conversions save money, as the removal component is significantly less.

Replacing an Asbestos Roof with Colorbond

Asbestos roof replacement is the most expensive conversion due to the safety precautions and licensed removal required. In Queensland, asbestos removal must be carried out by a QBCC-licensed contractor with specific asbestos credentials.

For a mid sized to large home, asbestos roof removal and replacement with Colorbond can cost between $30,000 and $45,000+. A.M.J Metal Roofing holds the appropriate licences for asbestos removal work and handles the full process from safe removal through to new Colorbond installation. Our asbestos roof removal and replacement costs guide breaks down the numbers in detail.

Other Costs That Affect Your Colorbond Roof Replacement

Beyond roofing materials and labour cost, there are several additional costs that many owners don’t account for when budgeting for a new roof.

Insulation (Sarking)

Installing insulation beneath your new Colorbond roof is one of the smartest additions you can make. In Queensland’s subtropical climate, sarking reduces heat transfer into the living space and can noticeably reduce your air conditioning running costs during summer. Sarking installation costs between $20 and $50 per square metre. A.M.J recommends roof insulation on every full roof replacement for both thermal and acoustic performance.

Guttering and Downpipes

A full roof replacement almost always means new gutters and downpipes. Old guttering may not be compatible with the new Colorbond roofing sheets, and worn gutters undermine the performance of a brand-new roof. Replacement guttering costs between $30 and $50 per linear metre.

Scaffolding and Site Access

Two-storey homes, steep blocks, and properties with limited site access require scaffolding and sometimes crane hire to get materials onto the roof safely. These additional costs can add several thousand dollars to the final price.

Roof Ventilation

Good roof ventilation extends the life of your new Colorbond roof and improves comfort inside the home. Whirlybirds and powered ventilation systems are worth considering during a re-roof, as installation is far easier and cheaper while the roof is already being worked on.

What Drives the Final Cost Up or Down?

Every Colorbond roof replacement is different. Here are the factors that most affect the final price of your project:

Size & Height

A larger roof needs more Colorbond roofing sheets, more labour hours, and more material for flashings, ridges, and guttering. Pricing is calculated per square metre, so a bigger roof means a proportionally higher total cost. The height of the home adds cost, too. A two-storey re-roof requires scaffolding, additional safety precautions, and more time to move materials up and debris down.

Complexity

A simple gable or skillion design is faster to install than a hip roof with multiple valleys, ridgelines, and penetrations for skylights, vents, or chimneys. Complex replacements can add 10% to 20% or more to the total cost.

Site Access

Narrow driveways, steep blocks, overhead power lines, and neighbouring structures all affect how efficiently materials can be delivered and debris removed. Difficult site access increases labour cost and may require specialised equipment.

Colorbond Type

Standard powder coated Colorbond suits most inland Queensland homes. If you’re on the coast, Colorbond Ultra is the better investment for its protective coatings against salt spray. Our Colorbond vs Zincalume comparison covers the differences between the two most common metal roofing options if you’re weighing up other metal roofing alternatives.

How to Save Money on Your Colorbond Roof Replacement

A Colorbond roof replacement is a significant investment, but there are practical ways to manage the cost without cutting corners on quality workmanship.

Match the Colorbond Type to Your Location

Standard powder coated Colorbond performs well across most of inland South-East Queensland. Reserve Colorbond Ultra for coastal properties where salt spray is a genuine concern. Choosing the right product for your environment avoids paying for protective coatings you don’t need.

Combine Jobs

If your roof needs replacing, it’s the ideal time to install roof insulation, new guttering, ventilation, and even wall cladding in one project. Bundling work under a single roofing contractor avoids multiple call-out fees and can reduce the overall labour cost.

Choose Your Timing

Roofing demand in Brisbane peaks during summer and after major storm events. If your re-roof isn’t urgent, scheduling during the quieter months (autumn and winter) can mean faster turnaround and sometimes more competitive pricing from professional roofers.

Get an Accurate Estimate

The lowest quote is not always the best value. Ask your roofing professional for an itemised breakdown that separates material costs, labour, removal, disposal, and any other costs. Check that the quote includes scaffolding, flashings, and cleanup. A.M.J provides fully itemised quotes after every free onsite roof inspection so you can see exactly where your money is going.

What Happens During a Colorbond Roof Replacement?

Many owners want to know what the actual re-roofing process looks like before committing. Here’s how a typical A.M.J Metal Roofing project runs:

Inspection and Quote

We carry out a free onsite inspection, measure the roof, assess the condition of the existing roof and structure, and provide a written quote with a full cost breakdown. If your roof needs structural work or council approval (more on that below), we flag it at this stage.

Scheduling and Preparation

Once you accept the quote, we book the job and organise scaffolding, materials, and skip bins for old materials. For a standard single-storey re-roof, expect the job to take approximately one week including scaffolding setup and removal.

Old Roof Removal

The existing roof is stripped, and old materials are disposed of responsibly. For asbestos roofs, this is handled by our licensed removal team in accordance with Queensland regulations.

Structural Checks and Battens

With the old roof off, we inspect the timber frame, replace any damaged battens or rafters, and install new battens if the existing spacing doesn’t suit the new Colorbond profile. If you’ve opted for roof insulation, it goes in before the new sheeting.

Colorbond Installation

New Colorbond roofing sheets are laid, fastened, and sealed. Flashings, ridge capping, guttering, and downpipes are installed to complete the roof system.

Final Inspection and Handover

We inspect the finished roof, clean up the site, and hand over your warranty documentation, including A.M.J’s 10-year written workmanship warranty and the BlueScope Steel manufacturer warranty (up to 25 years on eligible Colorbond products).

Do You Need Council Approval for a Colorbond Roof Replacement in Brisbane?

In Brisbane, roof replacement work that affects more than 20% of the total roof area requires development approval from Brisbane City Council. A full roof replacement will always exceed this threshold, so council approval is part of the process.

A.M.J handles the approval requirements as part of the project. We’ll advise you during the quoting stage if any specific documentation or approvals are needed and factor the timeline into the project schedule.

For minor roof repairs that stay under the 20% threshold, no council approval is needed.

Is Colorbond Worth the Investment?

Colorbond roofing has been manufactured and tested in Australia for over 50 years. It’s built for the conditions Queensland homes face every day: intense UV, heavy rainfall, hail, high humidity, and in coastal areas, salt spray corrosion.

The life expectancy of a Colorbond roof installed correctly with quality workmanship is substantial. The steel has been rated by engineers to last as long as 100 years in pristine conditions before structural maintenance is needed. Even in seaside salt-spray environments, Colorbond should remain rust-free for up to 50 years without maintenance.

Colorbond offers energy efficient performance, too. Light colour Colorbond options with Thermatech solar reflective technology keep homes cooler in summer, which matters in Queensland where air conditioning can be a major household expense. Choosing an energy efficient roof colour can noticeably reduce your cooling costs over the few years following installation, and the savings compound across the life of the roof.

Colorbond roof is also genuinely low maintenance. Periodic washing with clean fresh water and an annual roof inspection are all that’s needed to keep it performing for decades. Many owners find the cost effective nature of Colorbond becomes clear within the first few years of ownership, as they avoid the ongoing repair bills associated with other materials.

FAQs About Colorbond Roof Replacement Costs

How much does it cost to replace a roof with Colorbond?

For an average house in South-East Queensland, a metal-to-metal Colorbond roof replacement costs roughly $25,000 to $35,000. Smaller homes with simple roof designs can come in under that figure, while converting larger homes converting to Colorbond costs more, typically $30,000 to $45,000+ due to the work involved. Asbestos roof replacement with Colorbond can exceed $30,000 to $45,000+ depending on the size of the property and the safety precautions required.

What is the Colorbond roof cost per m2 installed?

With materials and professional installation combined, the Colorbond roof cost per m2 ranges from $53 to $97. In Queensland, labour rates tend to be lower than New South Wales and Victoria, so SEQ homeowners often sit toward the lower to mid range of that figure. Material costs alone range from $18 to $37 per square metre depending on the Colorbond type.

How long does a Colorbond roof last?

The steel in a Colorbond roof has been rated by engineers to last as long as 100 years in ideal conditions. In coastal salt-spray environments, the life expectancy remains strong at around 50 years without maintenance. With periodic washing and regular inspections, a Colorbond roof installed correctly by a qualified roofing professional should far outlast other roofing materials on the market.

Does a Colorbond roof need maintenance?

Colorbond is a genuinely low maintenance roofing product. The manufacturer recommends periodic washing with clean fresh water to remove dirt, leaf debris, and any salt deposits (for coastal properties). An annual roof inspection by a professional roofer is the best way to catch minor issues before they become problems. Without any maintenance at all, Colorbond may fade over time, and refinishing or repainting is generally needed every ten years depending on weather exposure and the level of upkeep.

Will replacing my roof with Colorbond add value to my home?

Yes. A new Colorbond roof improves street appeal, removes the risk of ongoing leak and repair issues, and signals to buyers that the home has been well maintained. The aesthetic appeal of Colorbond, combined with its various styles and 22 colour options, means you can match the roof to your home’s architecture in a way that other materials simply can’t replicate. For a detailed look at the numbers, read our article on how a new roof can add value to your home.

Do I need council approval to replace my roof with Colorbond in Brisbane?

Yes. A full Colorbond roof replacement exceeds the 20% threshold that triggers council approval requirements under Brisbane City Council regulations. A.M.J factors this into every project and manages the process for you.

What qualifications should a Colorbond roof installer have?

Your roofing contractor should hold a current QBCC trade licence (or the equivalent in your state), carry public liability and workers’ compensation insurance, and be experienced with Colorbond installation specifically. Ask to see their licence, check for references, and confirm that their work will be covered by both a workmanship warranty and the BlueScope manufacturer warranty. A.M.J holds QBCC Licence 120 2330 and NSW Licence 266396C, and all our Colorbond installations are backed by our 10-year written workmanship warranty.

AMJ completed a roof replacement at our home. This involved removal of our old asbestos roof and replacing with a new colorbond roof, guttering and insulation. They also installed a new roof over our deck using insulated paneling. We were really happy with the end product and the care the AMJ team took in all their work. The team at AMJ kept us informed throughout the planning, the job was completed really quickly and I would recommend them to anyone.

I was getting a Building and Pest inspection done on a house in Annerley I was looking at buying. Because of that storm cell that hit Annerley in 2014 I also had Dennis at A.M.J come out for a second opinion on the "tin" roof. The Building and Pest guys gave the roof the all clear, "No damage, the roof is good". Dennis actually got out the ladder, climbed up the side of the high-set Queenslander and properly inspected the roof. Two minutes, and a half dozen photo's later, he climb's back down to tell me the roof has been severely damaged by hail, and will have to be replaced. Without a proper quote, anywhere up to $30 000. Well, thank you Dennis! That would have been a very expensive mistake you helped me avoid if I had just taken the word of a very reputable, local Building and Pest company. I have contacted that company asking for a full refund! Again, thank you Dennis and A.M.J, very happy to recommend anyone to your company!! Cheers Mark @ Annerley

These guys were very efficient with your paperwork & contract...great to deal with! We had had a number of people look at our (quite flat) roof over the years and your guys spent quite a while on the roof & said they knew what the problem was... The roof got tested with two big downpours - staff ready with buckets & sqeegees - we had no further leaks.3 works to describe AMJ? Efficient, competent, organized. You guys really know what youre doing...very well done!

AMJ was a great company to deal with. In 2011 I had the roof and guttering of my Sunnybank Hills property replaced by AMJ Metal Roofing. The new colour bond roof looked great and the job was completed with no disruption to our family and no rubbish left on site. The cost was very competitive. The roof withstood two severe hailstorms during the subsequent years with no damage or leaks. In 2017 I listed this property for sale and was required to supply a detailed independent building report which included an internal inspection of the roof. It was noted during this inspection that a small number of screws were not fixed properly into one of the batons. I rang AMJ Roofing and within 48 hours a company representative had come to the property, replaced the screws and provided certification for the work. I was very pleased with the service 6 years after the original job.

Could not recommend AMJ Metal roofing more. Their company and staff were amazing to deal with. From the first initial contact to get a quote through to the completion of the roof has been so easy. From Jenna in the office who was easy to get in contact with and replied to emails and call very fast to Nigel who quoted, Matt who checked on the work process and all the tradies just made the entire process of replacing our old roof with a new metal roof so easy. We couldn't be happier with the work that was done. All the tradies were wonderful and polite, they would let us know what was happening each day with the work and the time frame was great from start to finish the work took 4 days.I would recommend AMJ Metal roofing to everyone who needs a new roof or just maintenance. Very, very happy

Thanks for our new roof! From the moment we first contacted AMJ, and right up until the roof was completed, we knew we had made the right decision to employ their services.Nigel provided us with an extremely thorough quote and offered us some helpful advice along the way. Nigel's quote actually involved him climbing onto the roof for a detailed inspection - unlike some quotes we received from others in the industry..Dennis then took the reigns and looked after us extremely well throughout the whole asbestos removal and subsequent roof installation process, and ensured that the finished product was exactly as had been quoted and was completed to a very high standard.Shanelle at their head office was always extremely thorough when assisting us with any queries we had and was always a pleasure to speak with. We are extremely happy with our new Zincalume roof. Not only does our home look fantastic, the internal house temperature during summer was significantly reduced once the new roof and insulation had been installed.Thank you to the team at AMJ for a job well done.Matt & JasMJ Renovations

We have had a very positive experience with AMJ. From the initial consultation with their sales person (Nigel), meeting one of the directors (Alan) to explain in detail their roofing solutions, dealing with their staff (James, Craig and others) through to their helpful administration staff (Shanelle) we have had exceptional service. Their pricing was very competitive and they delivered everything they said they would, on time and kept us well informed. I highly recommend them!Dirk Witteveen - Sheldon

We had to replace our deteriorated Cement Tiled roof and AMJ won the job after researching and comparing quotes from other companies. We are thrilled with the results of our new Colourbond metal roof. Nigel quoted and answered all questions we had, Shanelle was just as helpful from the Office, Dennis and the Team were punctual, friendly, very professional and left our yard tidy. The roof was on in 2 days with zero interruption to familly life. Dennis even saved us future heartache and expense when removing the existing solar hot water tank. It was too dodgy to put back up and he co-ordinated with the Plumber for installation of a new system. I was kept up to date with photos and text messages and phone calls before, during and after the job. We rate AMJ Roofing 10 out of 10 and would highly recommend the Team to anyone requiring a roofing specialist.

AMJ Metal Roofing replaced my leaking corrugated roof. Done in a few days with crane and scaffolding. All stages closely scheduled and done in a highly efficient manner. Nobody *wants* a leaking roof. But if you do end up facing that stressful situation, get a quote from AMJ. They weren’t the cheapest but they were the most professional and only ones out of three that really thought through the problem and came up with a clever and workable solution for the shoddy roof design and build at our place. All their staff have been great to work with - always on time, polite, contactable. They made a stressful situation much better for us.I’m hoping not to have any problems with this roof for many years but if I need help with another roof, I’ll be calling AMJ!

If you contract with AMJ Roofing you can be sure of a top quality finish using quality products. They recently replaced my 31yr old leaking tile roof with Colourbond and I could not be happier. The tradies were a lovely happy bunch of guys. I have a whole new house! When it rains I don’t have to go looking for the leaks.Alex was my supervisor and he was wonderful. Kept me informed all the way. In fact, I think the guttering guy let him down, so Alex put on his tool belt and got the job done. You can’t go wrong with AMJ Roofing. Info: I am on the Gold Coast. Our experience with AMJ can be summed up in one word: exceptional! The team demonstrated absolute professionalism while tackling a very complicated re-roofing project on a busy medical building. Despite the challenges of limited access and working above a live, fully operational medical center on a bustling road, AMJ managed the entire project seamlessly. We received constant updates throughout, and the customer service provided by Shanelle was second to none. The finished product is flawless, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend AMJ for any roofing project. We look forward to working with them again!

Terrible experience after dealing with this inept company for six long months. I contacted AMJ Metal Roofing last February to get a quote from their estimator, the very young handsome. Joshua Bain. He is a very presentable young man, who was very professional flying a drone around my property. I accepted his quotation, and that was the start of my problems leading to many unwanted sleepless nights. I was ready to pay the balance of their invoice and in fact, had a bank cheque for the balance in my hand and gave the cheque to the estimator. When there was a fault I withdrew their cheque. In summary I had the Building Inspector at my property on three occasions. The job AMJ did for me was to replace all my guttering and downpipes, and replace my patio. It would be remise of me if I didn't mention Emily. the administration assistant for all her help, as she was very pleasant to deal with both over the phone and in our email conversations. Their, GM, Sarah didn't come into the picture until much later. Sarah made light of the water gushing down from my downpipes. saying it was a "minor" defect. The many problems I encountered with AMJ affected my health, causing me loss of sleep, and my brother, whom I confided in headaches. Initially. when decided on the company I should employ I chose AMJ over Justin from Leakfree Plumbing. What a huge mistake I made. Finally, after the third Building Inspector's report and after six months, he said I could go ahead and pay AMJ, I waited until the recent heavy downpour before I paid AMJ in full last week. I requested a receipt from GM, Sarah and am still waiting. Dealing with AMJ Metal Roofing has been a nightmare for me and regardless of their favourable reviews I recommend you should do yourself a favour and avoid AMJ Metal Roofing like the plague. A.M.J roofing replaced our old super 6 roofing with a colorbond roof in 2019. They did a fantastic job then, but when the cyclone hit this year (Feb 2025) we had a small leak into the bathroom ceiling.I contacted A.M.J about the problem and they were more than happy to come back do an inspection and organise a repair at no cost to us.In the end it turned out not to be the new roof installation that was the problem but an older section of roofing.I can't thank Cameron and everyone at A.M.J enough for the service, repair and follow up.

AMJ were great from start to completion of our new roof. Office staff kept us informed throughout the process and the workmen were wonderful. Our roof looks great and the site was left clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend AMJ roofing.

For what is a big investment into your biggest asset. I can highly recommend AMJ. The whole team were wonderful to deal with from start to finish. I had them come back to fix something up for me and they were prompt and efficient. Every one I dealt with was great and would encourage anyone who is thinking about taking a leap of faith to give AMJ a go. So happy with the result but most importantly the peace of mind before, during and after knowing I was getting the job done right.

It has now been two months since our tiled roof was replaced with Colorbond, and we could not be happier with both the process and the result. The new roof looks stunning and has truly enhanced our home. From the initial quotation to the final completion, AMJ demonstrated exceptional professionalism, organization, and project management. Every member of the team was courteous, efficient, and highly skilled. We were especially impressed when, during a thunderstorm at 3am, someone from AMJ came to inspect our roof—an extraordinary level of care that exceeded our expectations. We are genuinely grateful for the outstanding service and are very pleased we chose AMJ for our roofing project.

I did a lot of research to find a company to replace my tile roof with colorbond. AMJ were professional from office contacts to roofing staff, and job was completely in a timely manner with no issues. Price was acceptable, completed roof work of a good standard.

We were very disappointed with our experience with AMJ Metal Roofing. The work was subcontracted without our knowledge, and the subcontractors needed to borrow our equipment and produced questionable workmanship. We only discovered inadequately reinforced battens because we checked the roof ourselves, and the roofers also cracked our external weatherboards with a nail gun. There were multiple ordering issues that caused repeated delays, including incorrect Colorbond sheeting and insufficient screws and gutter guard. The rear bay window was also left out of the original quote despite this being a full roof replacement, creating further delays.Although AMJ later acknowledged some issues and offered limited rectifications (such as gluing the weatherboard cracks, covering the cost of the bay window forgotten in the quote and reinforcing the batten), the overall coordination, communication, and quality control were well below expectations. When we raised these concerns, it took a week to receive a response (which I had to chase), and the main follow-up was simply a request for payment of the overdue invoice.Based on our experience, we would not recommend AMJ Metal Roofing.

we honestly could not fault the service we received from the entire team at AMJ METAL ROOFING! From Jordan doing the initial quote, Tegan organising the workers/contractors and other admin, Ryan and the blokes who were here in the ridiculous heat changing the roof!Everyone was really professional and easy to deal with, there was excellent communication around what to expect and when as well as any changes or delays which was only due to wet weather! The materials used (corrugated colour-bond in Basalt) and workmanship were excellent quality! Our roof was really old and odd, Ryan said he had never seen one like it in the 15 years he has been roofing. Nevertheless they brought the old structure up to the current standards, we had them install the 60mm anticon insulation also, not only is our house cooler and quieter but looks so much nicer and modern! We also had a quote from another roofing company, AMJ offered a much more competitive pricing but I can tell you first hand their quality and workmanship is excellent and they Back this up with a 10yr Workmanship warranty along with colour-bonds 30yr Warranty on materials!Another very satisfied Customer!Thank you AMJ!
